Scogo AI Is Now Available on Microsoft Marketplace

Microsoft customers worldwide can now discover, buy, and deploy Scogo AI through Microsoft Marketplace — MACC eligible, with unified integration and streamlined management across Microsoft Azure and other Microsoft products.
Scogo AI today announced the availability of its agentic AI platform for autonomous IT operations in Microsoft Marketplace, the unified online destination for customers to buy trusted cloud solutions, AI apps, and agents to meet their business needs. Microsoft customers can now discover and deploy Scogo AI through Microsoft Marketplace, with smooth integration and streamlined management across Microsoft Azure and other Microsoft products.
IT operations is the last function to be rebuilt for AI
Every other function inside the modern enterprise has already been rebuilt for AI. Sales, engineering, finance, support: each has been redesigned around software, then redesigned again around models. IT operations is the exception. Most enterprises still run on a ticketing system from 2008, an RMM from 2014, a knowledge base nobody reads, and an army of people whose job is to be the connective tissue between systems that were never designed to talk to each other.
Scogo AI was built on a different premise. The primitive of enterprise IT should not be the ticket — a frozen request written, classified, routed, executed, and closed by humans — but intent. A user has an intent, and the system resolves it. End to end. With memory, audit, and safety. That is the platform Scogo AI is building, and as of today it is available to every Microsoft enterprise customer through Microsoft Marketplace.
An agent that acts, and a fabric that governs it
At the core of the platform is SIA, Scogo AI's universal enterprise AI agent, and Agent Fabric, the orchestration and safety layer that connects 100+ enterprise systems through pre-built integrations and an MCP-native extension model. Scogo AI does not stop at conversational assistance — it executes. Through SIA and Agent Fabric, the platform resolves IT requests end to end: access provisioning, software installation, endpoint operations, ticket workflows, compliance checks, and runbook execution across identity, ITSM, security, storage, virtualization, and cloud systems.
Its Request Deflection Engine routes tickets at over 95% first-pass accuracy, on a model trained on each customer's own history. Its Self-Heal Engine closes the loop on routine work with no humans in the loop. And its Nexus endpoint platform gives the agents real-time telemetry, a 30+ parameter Endpoint Health Score, and forensic-grade evidence from every device in the fleet. Customers see up to 90% autonomous resolution accuracy on routine IT work.
Context is the moat
Autonomous action is only as safe as the context behind it. Scogo AI grounds every decision in real-time context from three sources most tools never combine: live device telemetry from Nexus, browser-level activity, and the organization's own ITSM data. Scogo AI calls this True 360° Context. A model that knows nothing about your environment is a search engine with a personality. SIA reads the actual state of the fleet as it acts, instead of guessing from a static knowledge base.
One platform, not a stack
Meeting modern audit and cyber-insurance evidence demands has traditionally required three separate product categories: RMM, EDR, and SIEM. Most IT teams cannot afford to run all three. Scogo AI folds them into one. Nexus delivers roughly 70 to 80% of specialized-EDR forensic depth at a fraction of the cost, with one-year tamper-evident retention, alongside full RMM and ITSM in the same platform. One product replaces a stack that used to take three.
On the record by design
Every action, data collection, and remote session runs under policy and is captured, signed, retained, and exportable. The guardrails live in the runtime, not in prompts: policy checks, approvals, and blast-radius controls gate what an agent is allowed to do before it acts. Because everything is on the record, internal audit stops being an event and becomes a query.
Knowledge and inventory that maintain themselves
Two further capabilities run on the same foundation. AI-First Knowledge Management learns from every chat, ticket, and recorded remote session to auto-generate SOPs and RCAs that flow back into self-service, so the platform gets sharper every week on the customer's own data. Agentic Asset and Inventory Management makes the inventory conversational and actionable: teams query and act on assets in natural language, with AI-powered reconciliation and patch, vulnerability, and compliance checks from one place.
"Enterprise IT teams are being handed an AI agent by every SaaS vendor in their stack, and the result is sprawl, not transformation. We didn't build another siloed agent, we built the autonomous layer that sits above the entire stack — one that acts, not just answers. Bringing Scogo AI to Microsoft Marketplace, MACC eligible, removes the procurement friction that slows enterprise AI adoption and puts the autonomous enterprise within reach of every Microsoft customer. This is the most ambitious thing we have built and it is running in customer production environments today."
— Nitin Dhawal, CEO, Scogo AI
What this means for Microsoft-aligned enterprises
For Microsoft-aligned enterprises, Scogo AI integrates natively across the Microsoft ecosystem including Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Teams, Azure, and endpoint management, alongside a broader integration library spanning ManageEngine, NetApp, Fortinet, VMware, Proxmox, AWS, ServiceNow, and dozens more. Availability in Microsoft Marketplace also advances Scogo AI's Microsoft co-sell readiness, giving joint customers a clear procurement and deployment path as they expand their Azure footprint. Additionally, purchases count toward customers' Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitment (MACC), removing one of the most common procurement frictions in enterprise AI adoption.
Scogo AI runs in three deployment shapes from day one: SaaS for fast adoption, BYOC / hybrid for customers who want the control plane in their own cloud, and fully private on-premises with AI models running on the customer's own GPUs and zero outbound dependency for banks, government, healthcare, defence, and telecom operators with strict data sovereignty requirements. Same product, same agents, same fabric; different posture.
