Scogo Deletion Policy

How to request deletion of your data: You can request deletion of your personal data, or the data belonging to your organization, at any time by emailing us at privacy@scogo.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Individual users may request deletion of their own personal information; a workspace administrator or other authorized representative may request deletion on behalf of their organization. To protect against unauthorized requests, we will verify the identity and authority of the requester before acting. Once verified, we will delete the relevant data in accordance with the timelines described in the "Retention of Information" and "Retention of Service Data" sections below, and confirm completion by email. Where we are legally required to retain certain records, we will inform you of the data retained and the basis for retention.

To request deletion of your service data without terminating your account, or to delete data on behalf of your organization, email privacy@scogo.ai; verified requests are actioned within the timelines stated above.
